5 week Unmasking Anxiety Program

At times, it can feel like anxiety is in control of you.  Most people don't understand that its something that feels overpowering and unmanageable. That you think you just have to suffer through it.  All the helpful advice of friends and family telling you to just stop thinking about it, feels unrealistic and impossible.  Most people don't recognize that anxiety is both mental and physical issue.  By combining mental and physical healing techniques, you can decrease or even eliminate the severity of anxiety attacks, social anxiety, or generalized anxiety.

Your anxiety can be managed.  You can take back control of your life by taking control of 5 different areas: conscious decisions, anxiety interruptors, nutrition, exercise, and sleep. 

There are two different programs for you to choose from.

Each week you will receive information, PDFs, hypnosis recordings, and videos on one of the five areas

  • Week 1: Conscious Decisions: shifting your perspective from victim to powerhouse

  • Week 2: Anxiety Interruptors: learn techniques to use during an anxiety attack to disrupt behaviors and create new reactions to stressful situations

  • Week 3: Nutrition: Food and the gut impact anxiety levels, learn the research behind the brain/gut axis and how you can improve anxiety management through diet

  • Week 4: Exercise: Exercise as an effective anxiety attack distruptor.  Learn how changing aeorbic intensity levels, and adding certain types of exercise can manage anxiety for long term management.

  • Week 5: Sleep:  Sleep is one of the best tools to manage anxiety, it can also be the most elusive during stressful times.  Learn natural remedies and routines that can increase the ease of falling and staying asleep.

 

 

 

 

Each month you will receive PDFs, recordings, videos, an hour of class time per month on two of the five areas and 3 one hour hypnosis sessions

  • You will  receive a one hour class per month on Zoom on the given areas for the month.

  • Three hypnotherapy sessions per month where we work together to clear anxiety issues at the subconscious level
