Hypnotherapy is interactive. In our sessions we work with your subconscious mind to identify when the bad habit or issue began. We then work together on shifting your mind set through a variety of hypnosis techniques such as age regression, parts therapy, neural linguistic programming, and cognitive behavior therapy.
Shifts in thinking can happen in 1 session, but can take as many as 3 to 5 sessions depending on the problem.
Anxiety, depression, and weightloss can be as many as 8-10 sessions.
