Citrus Mint Smoothie


This smoothie is one of my favorite smoothies when I'm need extra vitamin C and A or when I'm just craving that yummy citrusy flavor.


I don't really have a story to tell you about this recipe so I will put the ingredient list below. If you would like this to be more of a slushy, all you need to do is add ice cubes.










Recipe: makes 1 serving


450 g baby greens

1 medium orange, peeled

1 grapefruit, peeled

juice of one lemon and lime

1 sweet apple with skin on

1/4 c fresh peppermint

2 tablespoons hemp seed

2 tablespoons flax seed

3 cups water (or a mix of ice and water)

Blend until smooth
